Winter Field Day January 25 and 26, 2025 is in the books. The Goose River Amateur Radio Club set up operations at the corner of Main and 4th Ave NE. A good time was had by the members. Operators included: C Bye (KA0EDD), C Kleven (KF0RUM), CT Stinar (KD0HUZ), C Davis (W0NUL), and D Flitter (W0FLT). N Bakken (KC0SD) and E Lindass (W0KZU) stopped by. Several Antennas were set and two stations were operated with many contacts made.
A big thank you to KF0RUM for the use of his fish house as a base of operations. Everyone was warm and comfortable.
For Winter Field Day we were able to add a beam antenna to the operation, thanks to KA0EDD and his skills.
Summer Field Day June 29 and 30, 2024
Summer Field Day was held at the Willowood Campground between Mayville and Portland. Operators included: C Bye (KA0EDD) and D. Flitter (W0FLT).
